Step 3: Pre-submission publicity & consultation
Before the Parish Council can formally submit the neighbourhood plan to the Borough Council for examination, the plan must be publicise for 6 weeks, inviting comments from people who live, work and carry out business in the area as well as a number of specific regional and national organisations and agencies.
