Wootton Parish Council publishes a quarterly newsletter in March, June, September, and December. The newsletter is delivered to all households in the village and is also available at the library, petrol station, public houses, post office, and doctor’s surgery.

The Council now produces a Business Plan outlining its objectives and planned activities for the four years between local elections (Parish Council elections). This document is reviewed and updated annually, enabling residents to see the progress made and the work that remains outstanding. The Business Plan has replaced the former Annual Report.

The Annual Report previously summarised the Council’s achievements over the preceding twelve months and provided financial information for the current year and the two years prior.
