Lorraine Road Cemetery

This cemetery is located off Lorraine Road and is owned and maintained by the parish council (as the burial authority).  Plots are available in the older section (through the entrance and straight ahead), in the extension (through the entrance and turn left), as well as the natural burial area (past the extension at the bottom right) and Memorial Walls (past the older section on the right hand side).  There are different regulations depending on your chosen area.  The parish council permits plots to be reserved in advance and if you would like to do so, please contact the Clerk to the Council.

St Mary's Churchyard

This is the churchyard at St. Mary’s, Church Road.  This is a ‘closed’ churchyard which means no burials can be carried out in these grounds, unless a family crypt or previous reservation permits, and the churchyard was closed following an Act of Parliament.  Whilst the parish council is responsible for its maintenance, the land still belongs to the church.  Anyone wishing to learn more about burials at this site should contact St. Mary’s Church at:  office@stmaryswootton.org.uk

St Mary's Churchyard Extension
