Advertising in the Wootton News

The Process

Before each edition is compiled, an email is sent to all advertisers in the parish council’s database, asking if they wish to advertise in the next publication.  (Not all advertisers want to feature in each edition).  Once the list has been compiled, a draft newsletter featuring advertisements only is sent to all advertisers, to confirm the correct advertisement has been used.  Once confirmed, the newsletter is completed and sent to the parish council’s graphic designer/printer and each advertiser is invoiced by the Clerk to the Council.

The Cost

GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)

Following the introduction of the legal framework that is GDPR, the parish council asks all advertisers to the newsletter to complete the form below, before being added to the advertising database
